1. The parties
These terms are between you and Phalanx Labs ("Phalanx", "we", "us"). Contact: manish.shetty@phalanxlabs.io.
2. What we sell
Every product is a one-time payment in US dollars. There are no subscriptions. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you buy.
The documents. Self-guided tools you complete on your phone or print:
- The Behavior Control Checklist: a step-by-step preparation for your next attempt at breaking a habit, completed in one sitting of about an hour.
- The Cravings Handling Toolkit: a procedure and eight techniques for the minutes when a craving arrives.
- The First 72 Hours Success Blueprint: the first three days of an attempt, planned in advance.
- The Anti Spiral Protocol: a step-by-step process for the minutes, day and three days after a lapse.
The Behavior Control System ("the System"): a self-directed program of daily lessons, written exercises and practical assignments, with 12 months of access. It includes one free 30-minute implementation call with a Phalanx behavior specialist, and the Immediate Action Pack. On the call, we may tell you about Assisted Implementation, our paid one-to-one support. There is no obligation, and the System is complete without it. Apart from that one call, personal coaching and individual lesson reviews are not included.
Assisted Implementation: personal support alongside the System, described in section 7.
3. Prices that depend on timing
Some prices apply for a limited time, and the page always says so:
- The $17 add-ons are $17 on the order form and $47 when bought later from your portal.
- The Anti Spiral Protocol is $197 on the offer page shown right after your order, and $397 when bought later.
- For 72 hours after you buy the Behavior Control Checklist, the System is $997, less up to $258 of what you have already paid us. After that, it is $1,294.
- Assisted Implementation is $3,997 within 14 days of your System purchase, and $5,500 after.
Where a time limit applies, it is real. We do not reset it, and the checkout shows the price you will pay before you pay it.
4. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older and buying for your own use. You may not buy for another person, share your private access link, or share materials that identify someone else.
5. How buying works
The order form. The optional add-ons are never pre-ticked. You add them only if you tick them.
The offer after your order. After you pay, we may show you a one-time offer. If you accept it, we charge the card you just used, for the amount shown, without asking for the card details again. Your card is stored by our payment processor for that purpose, and we never see the full number. If you decline, nothing more is charged.
Access. Everything you buy is delivered to a private portal. We email you a private link, and there is no password. Treat the link like a key: anyone who has it can open your portal. If you think someone else has it, email us and we will issue a new one.
How long you keep access. Documents stay in your portal for 12 months after purchase. The System gives 12 months of access from delivery. Download or print anything you want to keep beyond that.
6. The System
The System is self-directed. You work through onboarding, then one lesson a day. What you record in it stays yours and stays private, as the Privacy Policy describes. This includes your answers, your daily log, your ratings, your habits and your reflections.
The implementation call is booked from inside the System, with a Phalanx behavior specialist. If you need to move it, reply to the booking email or write to us.
Some steps are required before the next part of the program opens, such as a short reflection at the end of a phase, or choosing the habits you will track daily. Those steps are part of how the program works, and they are explained in the program.
7. Assisted Implementation
Assisted Implementation adds personal support to your use of the System:
- Monitoring. The system checks the records you submit for signs your plan is slipping, such as days without activity or a low rating in your daily log. Monitoring uses what you record. It is not continuous observation, and it does not guarantee that every difficulty will be detected.
- Specialist review. When something is flagged, a behavior specialist reviews it and helps decide what to change. An alert starts a review. It is not a verdict.
- Signal support. Private and asynchronous. Messages are answered within 6 hours. It is not a live chat line and not an emergency service.
- Red alerts. A red alert is raised by the system from what you have recorded; you cannot raise one yourself. When one is raised, a private Zoom call is scheduled within 24 hours where a slot is available, and within 48 hours at the latest.
- A weekly progress report. Prepared from your records and reviewed by a specialist before it reaches you.
Assisted Implementation starts when you buy it, and ends when your program ends and your handoff document is issued. It does not extend your program or your access.
Assisted Implementation is behavioral education and implementation support. Red alerts are implementation flags, not medical risk assessments.
8. Guarantees and refunds
Each product's guarantee is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short:
- The documents: 14 days, no questions asked.
- The System: a 14-day guarantee if you work through the first 14 days' lessons and make a genuine effort to apply them.
- Assisted Implementation: 14 days from purchase.
9. Not medical, psychological or emergency care
Everything we sell is educational and practical. None of it is medical advice, psychological or psychiatric treatment, counseling, therapy, detoxification, or a diagnosis of any condition, and none of it replaces them. A specialist's review, a flag or an alert is not a clinical assessment.
If stopping a behavior could affect your health, stop and speak to a qualified clinician first. Stopping some substances suddenly can be dangerous. If there is any danger to you or anyone else, contact emergency services. Do not rely on our products or our support in those situations.
10. No promise of a result
Our products help you prepare, plan and practice. Whether your behavior changes depends on what you do and on many things outside our control. We do not promise any behavioral, health, professional or financial outcome. Client interviews and quotes are individual experiences shared with consent, not predictions of your result.
11. What you write, and your permission
What you write in our products stays yours. You give us permission to store it and use it only to provide and support what you bought, as the Privacy Policy describes.
We never publish, quote or use your writing in marketing without your separate permission. If you give permission to be quoted, or to use a video you upload, we use it only as that permission states. For a video, that means with your face blurred and your name hidden or shortened to an initial. You can withdraw that permission for any future use by emailing us.
12. Our materials
Our documents, lessons, worksheets, method and design belong to Phalanx. You may use them for yourself, print them, and keep your copies. You may not resell them, share your portal with others, copy them into another product, or use them to build a competing one.
13. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by decisions you make in reliance on our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some places give consumers rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing here removes those rights.
14. Emails
We email you about what you bought: receipts, access links, reminders and program messages. We also send emails about our other products. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect anything you bought.
15. Acceptable use
Do not try to access anyone else's portal, interfere with the site or checkout, scrape the site, or submit anything unlawful or intended to harm. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy governs that purchase. Material changes are posted here with a new date.
17. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Phalanx. We may assign these terms to a successor business; you may not assign them.
